Withdrawal from the contract
- If the Customer is a Consumer, then he is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Seller, without giving reasons, within 30 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession things. If the subject matter of the contract is many things that are delivered separately, this period expires after 30 days from the date on which the customer came into possession of the last item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer came into possession of the last item;
- The Customer should return or deliver the Goods to the Seller immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which he informed about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer returns the Product before the deadline of 14 days;
- In order to use the right of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer should inform the Seller about his decision to withdraw from the contract by way of an unambiguous statement (submitted in writing sent by e-mail to the email address: zwrot@go-ko.pl);
- The right to withdraw from the contract is not due if the packaging in which the Product was packed has been ripped or damaged and the Product bears signs of use or assembly and it is not possible, due to traces of use / assembly, the Seller put the returned Goods back on the market;
- The customer is liable only for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item;
- The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods;
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will return to the Customer all payments received from him, including the cost of delivering the item, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer’s statement of withdrawal. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agreed to a different solution and does not entail additional costs;
- The seller may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.
